JNZC adopts the new product development project management method, makes full use of the five major tools of APQP, improves process control, and increases the PPAP pass rate.

The production process adopts the combination of operator self-inspection, mutual inspection, and inspector's special inspection to effectively control product compliance.

Make full use of quality management tools such as 8D, fishbone diagrams, characteristic factor diagrams, and 5Why to trace the source and continuously improve quality management.

JNZC has always mastered the core technology and exquisitely controlled the technological quality.

We have always adhered to the implementation of the ISO9001, AS9100D quality management system, based on which we carry out product quality management activities, and applied the five major quality management tools of IATF16949 to manage production process control. The system has been in operation for more than 20 years and has established the complete process flow from product order receipt review, and product quality planning in the early stage to final delivery to customers to achieve customer satisfaction and will continue to improve.
